All is digital dust in the wind

I cant wait until i can surf a sine wave to Dubai and ride animatronic camels while reciting 1700 year old Turkish proverbs while eating a new complex fruit I created with my mind.

Suppose we were raised in such a state. I feel it's an interesting period for the artists, which I've always thought of as society's antennae.

Which inspires more creativity, limitation of abilities and resources *or* limitless and effortless indulgence of possibilities within the constructs of our own mind?

I feel limitation can provide insight into areas we would overlook if faced with endless possibility.
Although, the only true limitation within a world that is malleable as a lucid dream states is our own consciousness. My argument lies with the question of what would provoke inspiration? Would it be a self-created feedback loop of ideas that purely manifests from itself, or would people settle back in a serene state of indifference as they are merely channeling the arguably infinite of the human consciousness? I'm curious to see what you think before i go on exploring the idea.
